Day 38

Spring Semester officially started yesterday...yay. Okay, so not really. Classes were okay I'm just not really looking forward to learning about anything. I just want to read, hah. Oh well.

Dime Store Magic is going a wee bit slower than I was hoping. It's good, just not as good as Stolen and besides I've been too distracted to really give it a good amount of attention. But I'm working on it.

So I was watching the arrivals for the 2009 Globe Awards and I was totally upset that E! wasn't showing the actual show afterwards. I couldn't find the channel that was showing it so I missed it =( Not that I really watch award shows, but I was interested in it yesterday. sigh

However, I did finally see the entire movie of Hellboy. Which was sooo exciting. My mom isn't into movies that I like so I've never really been able to watch it. But I did last night on FX and even though the commericals drove me crazy, the behind-the-scene footage made up for it. Excellent movie! just like I thought it would be. I'm going to go buy the DVD along with the sequel which I'm excited to see (=

I'm off to do some homework reading and hopefully continue reading Dime Store Magic afterwards. I'll be at work until 5 and it looks to be a slow day at the Aquarium.

Mish, I'm curious as to what Day 38 means. 38 days of blogging, maybe?

I'm probably more like your mom when it comes to movies and books. My daughter wishes I was 'into' Lost and Heroes and even though I've watched them with her, I just don't care about them. Must be a generation thing.

My son's classes don't start back up until January 20.

Well, now that Inkheart trilogy is done, I really, really want to read the Lord of the Rings trilogy this year. I don't know how long it's been on my shelf now, but I really need to read it already! I hope to at least start it this year.
Oh, The Dark Knight. I want one. :p lol. Heath Ledger was so good. I was kind of a fan of his before this, but now I definitely am even though he is now depressingly gone. He made the Joker my favorite (comic-to-movie) villain. & Two-Face! I was really excited because he is the Batman character, other than the Joker, that I remembered best. :) I thought it might be him in the previews for the movie because they showed him completely panicking on the floor with all the liquid, and then once I saw him with the coin, I knew it was definitely him.

booklogged - Yes, in the beginning I didn't think I'd be able to come up with good titles to my blogs so I just decided I would number them by days. It will probably change sometime in the future. So yes, 38 days of blogging (= And I was never into Lost or Heroes lol but I totally understand what you're saying

bermuda - How lucky for your son (= But the 20th is coming shortly. I hope he's ready to go.

Victoria - Lord of the Rings sounds good. I never got a chance to watch the movies but I might read the books.
